Just remember everything needs to be down on paper for them. I know ideal thing is to ban talking on cellphones all together, but then whats next ban people from being a passenger. Maybe every time you talk to a passenger, maybe the car will zap you like a taser gun to let you know that you should not be talking. Which by the way would be against the law as we all know. Look the devices are a tool to help and that is all we can do. However pulling over is the best thing if you really need to talk about something for a long time as well as a serious or a debating conversation that sometimes we all get into. .Trying to have a little common sense while driving meaning do not talk to much with a passenger or on a phone like most people already do.
